These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the legal rights and obligations between you ("User") and GPMLogin ("We", "Us", "Service") when you access and use the GPMLogin software, including but not limited to the websites, applications, services, and accompanying documentation.
By installing, accessing, or using GPMLogin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Scope of application:
- These Terms apply to all users of GPMLogin, including individuals, businesses, and organizations using the software for any purpose.
- This provision also applies to updates, upgrades, or any additional features of the software provided by GPMLogin.
- If there is any conflict between these Terms and other specific terms (e.g., license terms, privacy policy), these Terms shall prevail, unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. User Rights and Responsibilities

- Perpetual software usage rights: When purchasing GPMLogin, you will be granted a licenseto activate and use the software for an unlimited period within the scope of the granted license.
- Right to receive software updates: If GPMLogin's update policy covers them, you may receive updates or enhancements free of charge.
- Data Privacy Rights: We are committed to protecting your personal information and data following the GPMLogin Privacy Policy.
- Right to technical support: You can contact our support team for questions or technical support during use.
2.2. User Responsibilities
By using GPMLogin, you agree to comply with the following responsibilities:
- You agree not to use GPMLogin for illegal activities, including, but not limited to, fraud, financial fraud, malware distribution, copyright infringement, or acts that infringe upon the rights of third parties.
- Account & license security:
- You are responsible for protecting your login and license information.
- If you sell or transfer your key to a third party, GPMLogin will not provide technical support for that key.
- Each license can only be used on the number of devices or accounts corresponding to the number of keys you purchased. Using a key beyond the registered limit may result in the system refusing to activate or disabling the key without prior notice.
- No Unlicensed Software Use:You mustn’t:
- Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from GPMLogin without our permission.
- Using software to create multiple fake accounts or engage in actions that violate the policies of third-party platforms.
- Interfere with, attack, or exploit the security vulnerabilities of GPMLogin or related systems.
2.3. Consequences of violation
If you violate any of the terms in this section, GPMLogin reserves the right to:
- Cooperate with law enforcementif the violation is serious or has a public impact.
- Claim damagesif the infringement causes loss to GPMLogin or a third party.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1. Limitation of liability
- GPMLogin is provided “as-is”and “as-available,”with no warranties that the software will operate uninterrupted, be error-free, or be fully compatible with all systems and platforms.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the software, including but not limited to:
- Technical errors, network connection errors, or problems arising from third-party systems.
- Data loss, financial loss, or damage due to improper use of software.
- Third-party behavior when using unauthorized software or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
3.2. Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall GPMLogin's maximum liability for any claim relating to the software exceed the amount paid by the user for the license.
- GPMLogin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
3.3. Disclaimer for misuse
- Users are solely responsible for how they use GPMLogin. If you use the software to commit any illegal acts or violations of third-party platform policies, you will be solely responsible to the relevant authorities or parties.
- GPMLogin is not responsible if the software is used for purposes such as:
- Creating fake accounts, spamming, scamming, or other activities that violate other platform policies.
- Attack, infiltrate the system, or perform actions that affect information security.
4. Terms of Software Use
4.1. License to use
- When you purchase GPMLogin, you will be granted a licenseto activate and use the software within the specified scope.
- This license may be sold or transferredto third parties, but GPMLogin shall not be responsiblefor licenses acquired from third parties.
- You may only use the software for legitimate personal or business purposes, under the number of devices or accounts for which you purchased the license.
4.2. Restrictions on use
Users are not allowed to:
- Modify, copy, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative worksof GPMLogin.
- Using the software to violate third-party platform policies, including but not limited to creating fake accounts, automating unauthorized behavior, or distributing malicious content.
- Use GPMLogin to commit illegal acts, including fraud, cheating, or system attacks.
4.3. Responsibility when reselling licenses
- Users have the right to sell or transfer the licenseto a third party, but GPMLogin will not be responsiblefor any problems related to the license after it is resold.
- GPMLogin does not provide technical supportfor licenses purchased from third parties. The purchaser is solely responsible for the use of the software.
5. Software Purchase Terms
5.1. Refund Policy
- If the software does not work as advised or a serious erroroccurs on the customer's device, the technical team will support fixing the error within 1-2 days, depending on the severity.
- If the error cannot be fixed, the customer will receive a 100% refund.
- Refund requests are only valid within 03 days of purchase.
5.2. Technical support
- Each license is supported by only one person, who is also the license owner.
- No technical supportfor the resale of licenses or accounts.
- The license is permanent, including a one-timeuser support fee. Therefore, if a customer uses the license for many years and then resells it, the repurchaser will not receive the same support as a new customer.
5.3. Software Security
- The software in the GPMLogin ecosystem is developed mainly on the .NET Framework / C# language platform, which makes it vulnerable to cracking.
- To protect our products, we have encrypted and scrambled the source code, minimizing the possibility of cracking.
- However, this encryption may cause the Antivirus to mistakenly identify and delete the applicationduring use. To ensure the software operates stably, customers need to add exceptions to the Antivirus.
- GPM Login commits thatthe software source code does not contain malware or botnetsand is fully legally responsiblefor the security of the product.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1. Compliance with terms of use
- When using GPMLogin software, customers commit to comply with all clearly stated terms of service.
- Use of the software for any purpose that violates the law, invades privacy, defrauds, or harms third partiesis strictly prohibited. GPMLogin is not responsible for any violations committed by the customer.
6.2. Security of account information and license
- It is the customer's responsibility to protect his/her login and license information.
- If the customer resells the license, GPMLogin is not responsiblefor any problems arising from the re-buyer, including software errors, security issues, or technical support.
6.3. Correct installation and use
- Customers need to ensure that their device meets the minimum system requirementsfor the software to function properly.
- If the customer arbitrarily interferes with the source code, edits the software, or uses the software on a non-recommended platform, any problems that arise will not be supported.
- GPMLogin is not responsible for any indirect damages, data loss, or system failuresthat occur due to improper use of the software.
6.4. Responsibility for customer data and activities
- GPMLogin does not collect or storecustomer personal data beyond the scope necessary to activate and manage licenses.
- The Customer is solely responsible for its data and activitieswhen using the software, including but not limited to:
- Account used in the software.
- Customer-generated content and data.
- Tasks are performed through software.
6.5. Updates and Maintenance
- GPMLogin may provide updates to improve performance, security, or fix bugs. It is the customer's responsibility to update the software to ensure the best experience.
- Refusing to update may cause the software to not function as expected, and in this case, GPMLogin is not responsiblefor any problems that arise.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Limitation of Liability
- GPMLogin provides the software "as-is"and does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterruptedduring use.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesarising out of the use or inability to use the software.
7.2. Compatibility and Performance Limitations
- GPMLogin software is designed to work on specific systems and environments. If the customer uses the software on a non-recommended platform, we are not responsible for errors or poor performance.
- Software performance may also be affected by changes from third-party platforms, APIs, or operating systemsthat we have no control over.
7.3. Limitation of liability for customer activities
- GPMLogin is not responsible for any customer behaviorwhen using the software, including but not limited to:
- Using software to create fake accounts, spam, scan data, or perform illegal activities.
- The customer's storage, processing, or use of personal datadoes not follow the law.
- Consequences of third parties taking advantage of or illegally accessingcustomer accounts.
7.4. Limitations on Technical Support
- GPMLogin only provides technical support according to the support policy outlined in Section 5.
- We do not support the following cases:
- Customers using the software on incompatible devices or operating systems are not recommended.
- Customers arbitrarily edit, crack, or interfere with the software.
- The customer resells the license, and the repurchaser requests technical support.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1. Software Copyright
- GPMLogin and all source code, design, interface, content, as well as any documentation related to the software, are exclusively owned by GPM Software Solutions.
- The Customer may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, crack, distribute, or otherwise distribute the softwarein any form without written permission from GPM Software Solutions.
8.2. Restrictions on the use of trademarks
- All names, logos, icons, trademarks, and content related to GPMLoginare owned by GPM Software Solutions.
- Customers may not use, copy, or repostany elements of the GPMLogin brand without the consent of the company.
8.3. Handling copyright infringement
- GPM Software Solutions reserves the right to take legal action if it detects any copyright infringement, unauthorized copying, or distributionof GPMLogin software.
- Violations may result in legal action.
